Cancellation Policy

Appointments are strongly encouraged, though we do accept walk-ins when possible. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Appointment reservations for appointments 3 hours or longer will require a credit card, to be securely kept on file, to finalize your reservation. Your card will be charged for 50% of your reserved appointment(s) fees if you do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment time.

Guests who no- show, or repeatedly cancel an appointment late, may be required to make a non-refundable deposit to reserve advanced appointments. (Bridal and nail parties please refer to your contract for cancellation policies and fees)

Satisfaction Guarantee
If your service does not meet your expectations for any reason, return within 7 days and your same stylist will perform services necessary to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. We cannot, however, perform any correction(s) if the client chooses to visit another salon before allowing us to correct the problem. Please note, however, that chemical services will be guaranteed ONLY when products recommended by salon professionals and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair.
